We are rolling with the times
We are Rolling With The Times. You may have notice over the past few months that our online store has been changing ever so slightly and this is to enable us to roll with the ever changing online world. We sell a wide range of products, quantities and specialist bespoke items most of which you can order on our website. At the end of last year we decided to update our payments to make ordering even easier for you. We’ve added options to order using google or apple pay as well as credit/debit card, PayPal and bacs transfer.
What does this mean?
As the world is ever changing, here at TrapMan we felt the need to roll with the times. As frustrating as that may be in the long run it will hopefully make ordering from our site easier and more self explanatory. It has meant that some of our ordering processes have been interrupted while we get used to new systems. For now we are unable to take orders over the phone which we are sorry for but we are working to find a solution as we know sometimes its good to speak to a person. We’re always on hand and willing to talk you through our website or can arrange for our office to email you with details for bank transfer so please if you are struggling to order let us know, contact us here.
If you live locally we also have the option for collection but advise that you call ahead to ensure the item is in stock or at a reachable distance (if the boss has to climb up ladders there’s normally a lot of swearing and sometimes an extra charge).
Why Now?
We have been The TrapMan for 26 years and as the internet has developed we have had to move with it. This is just the next step in our progress to better ourselves. As you maybe aware there are multiple platforms in which to sell items, it is a very competitive market. We were here, with the ability to order online, way before these platforms were even dreamt about. This isn’t our first time rolling with the times. With these platforms comes more convenient ways for you to buy items. We do sell and advertise some of our products on these platforms but we are limited to what we can offer and the aftercare we can provide due to their strict boundaries. This is why we are bettering ourselves and our website, so we can continue to offer the best service possible. If you go to the third party websites remember you are paying third party commission.
