The trap man larsen centre decoy trap is an effective way of catching magpies and other corvids, the trap has 2 catching compartment one at either side of the trap and a large decoy compartment in the centre
The trap is made from heavy gauge 1” x 1” wire mesh and electro plated after manufacture for a long lasting hard wearing finish, the springs on the cage are a heavy duty spring steel made in the UK.
The trap works best with a live decoy bird being placed in the large decoy compartment of the trap to attract the other magpies in the area to it.
The trap man clam Larsen is a single catch Larsen trap mostly suited to magpies, its name come from the appearance of the trap as it opens up like a clam when set.
The trap is set using split perches which the magpie lands on inside the trap, as the weight of the bird land on the perches they split and in turn trigger the cage closed.
This type of trap is particularly good for catching your decoy bird if you create a nest inside the trap using straw and broken eggs.
The trap man grey squirrel trap has a spring loaded door with a locking bar that falls behind the door once triggered keeping the door securely fastened.
The trap is triggered by the squirrel standing on the wire mesh tread plate inside the cage which releases the spring loaded door.
It is constructed from heavy gauge square mesh that is electro plated after manufacture for a hard wearing long lasting, rust resistant finish.

The TrapMan fox trap has a guillotine style free fall door and can be set using ether a treadle or pull bait, both provided with the trap.
The fox enterers the trap to get at the bait, and it will either tread on a trigger plate or by pulling at the bait, release a pin which in turn triggers the sliding door.
The main advantage of having a guillotine door is that it utilizes the full length of the trap many traps on the market are the same length but the door works inside the cage meaning only three quarters of the cage is used.
These Fenn trap protection cages have a restricted entrance designed to exclude non target animals access to the fenn trap inside the cage,
The entrance hole can be positioned upright, under or at ground level depending on the species being targeted.
Target animals, grey squirrel & rats can access the trap but may not be fully inside the cage when the fenn trap springs and kills them, this is the design idea which works well if used by a competent person, if you’re incompetent, buy a live catch cage trap.

The trap man feral cat trap is triggered by the cat standing on a treadle plate inside the trap that releases the door.
Once the trap is triggered the door is locked by a spring loaded locking bar.
The trap can be opened from the outside of the trap using the leaver on the side of the trap making it easy to transfer the feral cat into a transfer cage or cat basket.
