If you wish to cancel your order you may do so within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The product if shipped must be returned to us in its original form, unused and including all packaging if possible, and at your expense, whether or not packaged.

We will refund the full cost of the item within 30 days of the item being returned.

Please e mail, before you return any products. The Trap Man is happy to answer any e mail questions you might have.

In the case of a return we will issue you with a returns number.

Package the item in the original packaging were possible, please ensure adequate packing of the item is made to ensure safe transit.

Step 3

The item will be received by us were we will provide refund or replacement as requested.
