  • Push the drop down bars to the roof of the trap, pass the cane under the bars to support them in the up position, keep the trap baited regularly at the same time for a few days until the pigeons get accustomed to feeding inside the trap, when you are ready to trap the pigeons remove the cane to allow the setting bars to fall vertically.You should trap most of the pigeons within 2 hours of doing this, repeat the whole process again to catch the remaining pigeons

    I believe it will do the job as intended. Its been in situ for two days so time will tell. The instructions could be better, more photos would be good. The cable ties where a surprise but in the end they did the job. I would order from Trapman again.

    Our trap is packed away at moment so can’t check. I know I contacted the seller before we bought and they responded very quickly. It does fold down and it also works very efficiently. We were very pleased with it. Hope that helps.

    Update on trap, 20 ferals now accounted for, trap left open for long periods of time then when they are confident going in and out I set it and bingo !
    Here in MK suburbs we have plague proportions it might take me sometime to get them all 😂

    Thanks Andrew. Excellent service. This is all new to me (I’m trapping feral pigeons for some farming friends so I can train a young pointing dog on their scent, before dispatching them humanely, though I may re-release a few to train her to be steady on the flush). Your advise on the website seemed excellent & easy to follow. Shouldn’t have any issues, but thanks for the offer. If I get stuck I might get back to you for some pointers.
