It is inevitable in this day and age for costs to rise as material prices rise and where possible we try to navigate around these cost rises where we can, but we don’t like to be swindled as I am sure neither do you!
Recently we went to our regular supplier to order some wire, they quoted us as usual and a last minute they decided to add the additional cost of delivery. We don’t like undisclosed costs so we decided to shop around. We had a supplier from years ago that was happy to help at a lower cost with free next day delivery and they did not let us down. Of course when we went back to the original supplier to let them know we no longer needed the order they tried to waiver the delivery cost, to little too late.
We never want our customers to feel like they have been swindled like this. We value your repeat custom and word of mouth. Where possible we try to match our costs to a competitive rate (even if the products don’t compare) without any hidden costs.
