Today we’ve had a lesson in how to use a tool until the very last inch of its life. That’s right it has been all hands on deck this week even the boss has been on the shop floor! He’s been using a grinder until the disc was silky smooth to get the most out of it, we suspect he even double dips tea bags.
On a more serious note, here at TrapMan we pride ourselves on quality. We work tirelessly to ensure we are making the best products for you.
As you can see we are using our own clips and tools to hand clip treadles onto one of our projects. Yes its time consuming but we do this to ensure our products are well made and built to last.

Oh what a week! Despite the bank holiday we have still be working really hard on some new projects.
Built to a customers specification with a little Trapman stamp to them, these traps are to be used in the conservation of Water Voles (arvicla amphibius). Water Voles are an endangered species and are fully protected under section 9 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.
These Water Vole Traps have a small harborage at the back of the trap for some nesting materials to keep the Water Vole warm. It has been an enjoyable projects for us at TrapMan.

We’ve been so busy here at TrapMan we forgot to update you on our Fox Traps. We redesigned the slide assembly and added some self explanatory fastenings to make building our trap up even easier.
We have tested our newest member of staff on how to put them together, she passed the test with flying colours. We think it was our new photo setting instructions that made assembly too easy for her.
Our TrapMan Fox Traps have a guillotine style free fall door to utilize the full length of the trap. See more information below;
Our Cat baskets have got the zoomies – they’re zooming out of the door! These baskets have been the most popular item this week.
Manufactured from heavy duty square wire mesh with an electro plated coat for a longer lasting non peeling finish.
Our Cat Baskets open from the top with a bar and eye fastener for a secure close and two handles on the top for easy carrying.
Not just for Cats – we’ve had customers who have used these baskets for a range of small animals including Guinea Pigs and Rabbits.

We’re working hard this week.
Here at TrapMan we have been manufacturing Fox Traps for a very long time but recently we had some feedback to say that they are tricky to assemble, specifically when attaching the tabs to the door slide assembly.
Well, we have taken your feedback on board and after careful review with all members of our team we have come up with a solution. We are currently in the process of changing the sliding door to include holes to bolt the door in place. No more tricky tabs. This should be a more self explanatory way to attach the slide assembly.
While we wait patiently for our team to work their magic, don’t forget we are always on hand to assist you. You can call our team on 01772 811522 for assistance.
We’ll keep you posted on our Fox Trap Journey, for now take a look at our current range;
