Over the last month we have had a lot of interest in our Water Vole Trap Project we completed last year. Because of this we thought we would show you a more in depth photo of our beautifully designed Water Vole Traps. Here you have it! Working to a customers design and following licencing guidelines with a little TrapMan flare we built 200 of these traps, clipping over 7000 clips by hand!
Our Water Vole Traps have a small covered harbourage area at the back of the trap for nesting materials and keeping these wonderful animals warm once trapped. Our Water Vole Traps also have a treadplate and a carefully designed locking door to avoid injury to a slow moving Water Vole. We did have a love hate relationship with these traps but all in all it was an enjoyable project for us to be a part of.
